Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with SanusMedi. We are committed to providing you with high-quality skincare products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please read our policy carefully.

Returns Period You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns after this period.

Conditions for Returns To protect the health and safety of all our customers, returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is unopened and unused, with its original packaging intact
  • Proof of purchase is included (order number or receipt)
  • The product is undamaged and uncontaminated

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" during promotional events
  • Gift cards

Refund Process

  1. Please e-mail us at info@sanusmedi.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 2 working days with return instructions
  3. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days back to your original payment method

Return Postage

  • If the return is due to a faulty item or an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return postage
  • If the return is for personal reasons (e.g. change of mind), the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as a priority.
