1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an order confirmation e-mail once your order has been placed, and a dispatch notification once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Destinations We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. If you are located outside the UK and wish to place an order, please contact us at info@sanusmedi.com to discuss available options.

3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays or adverse weather conditions.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen delivery method and order total. We may offer free standard delivery on orders over a specified amount — please refer to our website for current promotions.

5. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your tracking information. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.

6. Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a notification card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collect your parcel from a local depot. SanusMedi is not responsible for parcels that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible at info@sanusmedi.com. We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
